At Profile Design, we are committed to your performance and satisfaction. If your new cycling gear doesn't meet your expectations, you can return unused items in their original packaging within 30 days of purchase.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Place the items in their original, undamaged packaging including all manuals and hardware to ensure a full refund.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided by our portal and securely affix it to the outside of your box.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our technicians inspect the components at our warehouse, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
